"Preparing Together" is a very special online workshop experience for folks gearing up to take heart-centered action in the likely event of an election-related coup attempt.

The aims of this workshop:
  • to build a deepened sense of community and connection with one another
  • to explore principles and practices foundational to a "fierce vulnerability" approach to direct action
  • to pass along key information about emerging action plans for the Bay Area, and immediate next steps
  • to support the process of getting folks organized into small action teams

Preparing Together draws on content from "Fierce Vulnerability," the introductory workshop for people interested in joining the Yet-to-be-named network, a decentralized network of direct action teams positioned at the intersection of climate justice and racial healing. Prior knowledge or experience with Fierce Vulnerability or the Yet-to-be-named Network is not necessary to participate in this offering. As we approach November, if you're looking to take meaningful action in service to life and rooted in a spirit of healing, please join us!

*As part of our commitment to radical inclusivity, to empowering the voices of those closest to the harm, and to ensure that we are creating containers that feel safe and accessible to all people, our workshops on Monday the 12th and Thursday the 22nd are open to people who identify as Black, Indigenous or People of Color (BIPOC) only. All other workshops are open to everybody.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is a workshop designed to help prepare the San Francisco Bay Area community to engage in action together. However, we believe that the frameworks offered here can be of benefit to anyone anywhere that is looking to take action around the November election, and all are welcome.”
