Miki Kashtan: Exiting the Either/Or Trap: Beyond Consensus vs. Command and Control

WHAT

As the acuteness, universality, and intensity of the current “pause” jolt us out of autopilot, a crack opens and taboos loosen up. The fundamental social, economic, political, and cultural logic of scarcity, separation, and powerlessness is made visible, “normal” is questioned, and the future becomes even less known. To be able to forge a future aligned with our evolutionary makeup based on flow, togetherness, and choice, we will need to relearn how to make collaborative decisions that find collective wisdom through integrating divergent perspectives.

This session offers core principles and basic practices that engage all relevant stakeholders in staying on purpose, identifying what’s truly important to all, and reach decisions and breakthrough solutions that truly work for all.
